Japan’s government has enacted federal restrictions on superhero activity through special ID cards developed by tech conglomerate, Vector, for monitoring and tracking. Soma Kusanagi, a part-time superhero and full-time social miscreant, has become a tester for Vector’s latest model of super suit. With this technology, Soma can transform into the Variable Combat Soldier, Strega, the latest in villain-bludgeoning power!

A low-budget film about zombies soon features the best cast money could not buy, but the problem is that the new actors are not exactly getting along with the crew. Everyone involved is soon receiving a lesson in the merits of perseverance, the preciousness of family bonds and of course the dangers of the living dead, and learns how to act realistic.
